Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access nature of digital media, all sales for downloadable audio tracks, MP3s (including Mantra Ashram recordings), and PDF guides are final once downloaded.

• If you experience technical issues downloading your files, contact us immediately for direct re-delivery.
• Accidental duplicate purchases of the same digital track will be refunded upon verification.

Vedic Numerology readings, Tarot consultations, and Soul Path consultations involve dedicated practitioner time and custom calculation before delivery.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule a live discovery or full reading session up to 24 hours before your appointment.
• Delivered Reports: Custom PDF reports or audio readings delivered to your email are non-refundable once generated and dispatched.
• Cancellations: Booking cancellations requested 24+ hours prior to session work will receive a full refund.

For physical merchandise, including hardcover editions of Numbers and Destiny, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days upon inspection.

If your physical book arrives damaged, or if your digital file link fails to render properly, we will resolve the issue immediately.

• Send a photo of damaged physical goods to ammyvinkaur@proton.me within 48 hours of delivery.
• For corrupted audio downloads, provide your order number for immediate replacement download links.
