Order Processing and Production
All physical products sold by Aum J. Govindji are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you after purchase.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, the European Union, and international destinations where supported by our fulfilment partners. Availability may vary by product.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after production is complete and are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and fulfilment partner rates. All shipping charges are shown before payment is completed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices. We are not responsible for customs-related delays.
Tracking
Where available, tracking information is provided by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned due to an address error, re-shipping fees may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels
We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to carrier error once tracking confirms dispatch, but we will assist with carrier investigations where possible.
If tracking shows your parcel is delayed, please allow extra time, especially for international deliveries.
If your parcel is marked delivered but not received, check with neighbours, safe places, and your local delivery depot first.
If a parcel appears lost in transit, contact us at contact@aumgovindji.com with your order number and tracking details. We will assist where possible based on the carrier investigation and available tracking information.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery to ensure eligibility for replacement or refund with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Eligible issues will be resolved in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
