Made-to-Order Products
Most Aum J. Govindji products are made to order, specifically for you. This allows us to reduce waste and overproduction. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, once an order has entered production.
Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are fully protected.
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- Contact us within 30 days of receipt at contact@aumgovindji.com
- Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
If the claim is approved, we will offer:
- A replacement at no additional cost, or
- A refund, where replacement is not possible.
Return Eligibility (Where Applicable)
- Where a return is accepted:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
- Returns must be authorised before items are sent back
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return instructions will be provided by email once a request is approved.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels for non-fault returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are non-returnable:
- Made-to-order or custom products
- Digital products and downloads
- Sale items and gift cards
- Personal care items
- Perishable goods or hazardous materials
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before ordering.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved, the fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order separately.
Digital Products
By purchasing digital products (ebooks, audio, downloads), you:
- Consent to immediate delivery
- Acknowledge that once access begins, the statutory right to cancel is waived
All digital sales are final.
European Union & UK Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where required by law:
- EU/UK customers may have a 14-day cooling-off period
- This does not apply to made-to-order goods, POD/personalise or digital content once delivery has begun
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take up to 10 business days
- Banks or card providers may take additional time to post funds
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
