Terms of Sale for Aum J. Govindji

1. The Contract
By placing an order on aumgovindji.com, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Aum J. Govindji. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.
2. Pricing and Payment
Currency: All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase via our secure checkout.
Import Duties: For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applied by your country.
3. Custom-Printed & Made-to-Order Goods
Definition: Most physical products (including mugs, phone cases, puzzles, plush toys, candles, and canvases) are produced specifically for you upon order.
Exemption from Cancellation: In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, made-to-order goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right. All sales are final once production has begun, which may occur immediately after an order is placed.
4. Digital Content (Ebooks & Downloads)
Immediate Access: By purchasing digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery.
Waiver of Right: You acknowledge that once access, download, or streaming of digital content has begun, you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel the order, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
5. Delivery and Risk
Timeframes: We aim to deliver physical goods within 30 days of order confirmation unless a different timeframe is specified at checkout.
Risk: The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
6. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Statutory Rights: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Short-Term Right to Reject: You have 30 days from receipt of goods to report a fault for a full refund where applicable.
Reporting: To report an issue, please email seva@aumgovindji.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, text, and digital content are the exclusive intellectual property of Aum J. Govindji. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial licence only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
